hmm

maybe ill run a raid midweek too, wednesday maybe.... not this week tho maybe next week. as a one off trial attempt to see if people are interested.

It was a great raid, i missed the saturday one but sundays was great, my first time in Galla.
Reign did a fantastic job although he was a bit anxious in the begining.
Only one thing you might want to consider is, having each group decide which of their members will be picking loot and have the others /autosplit s, so that way you will know who must seek you to give you the item and not jump up and down or /yell all the time between 20 other ppl for the item delivery.
All in all grats for a great raid.

thanks m8. Though i cant take *all* the credit for it since i asked for alot of tips from Priss and Reno :D they are very experienced with galla raids and helped me when i was stuck with the directions, even though i had a map infront of me lol. Reno also helped me with Aroon and the primals.

Thats a good idea with the auto-split thing but kinda hard to enforce. I mean its not too much trouble to deliver me the item, theres usually not a problem with that once people have found me hehe.

Got Olcasgean just now on prydwen with 76 people :D

Not that hard, we just had 3-4 void elds, jus took a long time, and very organized people.

Ok Reign, could you just clarify the rules for peeps who have like 6 blunt lottoing for a hammer vs someone that has 50 blunt?

Was a great raid today but when peeps do that it pisses other peeps off. The guy that got the hammer wouldn't use it properly.

Not bothered about the item myself but if it happens for other peeps i can understand how they will be upset. would be like me lottoing for a LW ffs. not specced that way.. i dont enter lotto PERIOD. Common sense.

As for the the person who got it.... erm.. 1 sec.. <afk>

Sad if u think that 1 item will make u uber. it wont. experience will.

and boni if it was possible to have let anyone in my guild known i wasnt coming, i would have, but it wasnt.

You should not let people to join raid with 49- alts and join the lottos for their 49+ chars, as Ceixava once said. I come & participate with my 50 and lotto for him, but someone brings his alt, gets tons of xp plus the right to lotto, not fair.

Its unlikely but any chance of earlier raids? I know alot of people who play during the day and go out at evening, so a lunchtime raid could be successful. :)

Its worth a shot. :p

alrighty, here goes... not taking part in any more of these raids until the lotto rules are sorted once and for all.

stuff the respec rule until u HAVE respecced or else u can get away with anything.

every blunt spec hero and champ register with ss here.. well known that myself and saryon are.. but amazing how many others crawl out of the woodwork when there's a galla wpn up for grabs.

and by blunt spec i mean blunt is your MAIN wpn type, not secondary.

Cinocy, go fuck yourself with your LW. Cant believe u tried to lotto again for a blunt after last time.

Not a happy luri btw. but i will get the drops eventually regardless of these raids so nm...

sort it out Reign. and at least answer my fucking pm's. hard at times i know.. big challenge, but at least try yeah?

actually dont bother with replies now, will sort HoF drops out our own way. bye bye.

Well sorry that you dont like it, but i want there to be a way for people who really are respeccing next patch to get a drop that suits thier new spec.

Thats the rules. if you dont like it, dont come on my raids.

Simple as. I dont know why someone who isnt really respeccing would want a useless weapon....

These Gala raids is there any chance they could be held with an 8 oclock departure this saturday or even an 8 oclock GMT departure one on this thursday or every thursday. I cant make 6 oclock GMT time due to work.

I should be lvl 39 by thursday and 40 by saturday i would love to go i dont care about drops cash i just want to go to xplore and XP as an NS grps are hard and this could give me some very valuable xp.

Please consider maybe a thursday one with 8 oclock departure then again ill only be lvl 39 then or even a 8 oclock just for this sat;-))..

ive been on a few now and its goit to 7:30 or so and i said sod this im going down the pub ..

hold em at 2-4 on saturdays and keep the 6pm for sunday as sunday nights are boring

Alrite this isn't a flame more of a request.

On saturday's raid there was the vein covered sword dropped, My char genral already has one of the aformentioned swords but as there was nothing much else to lotto for I thought I would try for that one. Slightly greedy I know but other people do it and I participated in the raid the same as everybody else.

However when I came to join the cg for the lotto guess what, I was refused by xaldrick and was told I couldnt lotto for a weap I already have. I pm reign to ask his opinion on this and I was told that there was just a new rule added that a LW char canot lotto for a weap they already have.

Pretty nice tht being as they made it up at the lottos at the end of the raid after I left the cg and other lottos had taken place.Also given the fact xaldrick and reign are in the same guild I find this slightly suspicous but hey I ve only turned up to the last 17 galla raid what do I know about the rules right?

So just a request reign that you add this new ruling to the rules you give at the beggining of the raid so at least the rest of us poor saps who arent in your guild know, oh yeah xaldrick has 2 LW if I am not mistaken, granted there not the same but why do you need two really?

God dam it i could do with a later one even a thursday one at 8 would be good...

Only other option for me is to quit my job but thats a bit drastic ;-(

umm

what does me and xaldrick being in the same guild have to do anything?

your not allowed to lotto for a item if you allready have an identical one with the exception of weapons that are able to be dual-wielded.

this is a rule i set recently which i think is fair.

Participated in your galla raid yesterday (sunday), think u did a great job. It is nice that someone makes the effort to organise these raids using their own valuable game-time. (and puts up with the whine/noobish behavior :>) so /salute

One suggestion.. to get rid of all in-game questions about lotto/raidrules etc just post them somewhere on the net and refer to the adress when ppl ask. (dunno if you already done this.. cba to read the whole thread ;) )
