heh I made about 90 vertical meters today. my mate really went for it and made about 450v/m. basically means he had to climb the same hill 4 times that said, the road bike only has one gear: 47x16, so I do kind of have to work for my altitude and speed

at the time I was so wrecked you could have had your wicked way with me and I'd have naught to say about it. all things considered I think this pic makes me look fairly 'ard but in reality at the time a determined 6 year old could have made off with my wallet and phone
