Is best merc at exc (i think), best merc i know is Sycho from prid. Anyway, it dont is a bug abuse, just is abit overpowered proc avaible for all realms. I dont know why albs QQ about it, the hibs got the problen, 95% of hibs r mages. It will be fixed next parch (dont know how it will work), so no point QQ.
Btw, each time i see QQ post about Eirenes proc i see more ppl with Eirenes

I just checked the 1.71 patch-notes in the RightNow database, and there's no note on the fix for the hauberk mentioned anywhere

Frankly, I think it was you who misunderstood Arnor's initial post; if that was due to too quick reading or bad English, I am not qualified to say, but Arnor explicitly noted the difference between normal use of the hauberk, and the ABuse of the hauberk using blue con mobs to make it proc. Anyway, since your point now stands clear, I will relent.

Given it fires between the main and off-hands hitting I'd say that's got to be a proc. Also notice there are no weapon attack messages (you get "Blah attacks you with his sword" etc for melee) and there's no spell cast messages. So it cant be an active ML or an insta or melee, must be a proc.
