Prefer to give to direct causes rather than the scatter gun approach of Red nose day , sport relief where you are guilted into feeling bad and pressured into donating cause then you can feel your a good person.

I prefer hospices that looked after my dad and macmillan nurses whoare invauable to him when he was sick.

Didn't watch any of it this year as was out at a show. They all put on Red Noses for the final curtain call and asked for donations which I thought was a nice touch.
