Was browsing the history of the forums a bit, and came to a period where there were quite a lot of whines on RG for running in 2fgs+. They were radar abusers and generally low-lives

Although, there came a time when RG stopped running in the 2fgs and started running in 1fg instead. Just about there all the whining stopped. But haven't heard anything at all about how people see RG now? Respectable RvR guild? Skilled players? Gimpy players?

I would have answered to this orginal thread that was posted, but it seems to have been closed. The truth of the matter is when RG RvsR is active it is good, on par with some of the best at times. The active membership now is more laid back and casual, most have stealther alts.

To be honest though 99% of the people here are hypocritical
anyhow, most bull shit comes from the so called hib elite. Have run a fg in emain for last 4 hours and have met only one hib fg vs fg fight and that was ola's grp. The rest well heres just some snippets.

2-3 more hib gimp 2fg+ guilds running during those 4hours as well. one to note blue and white cloaks.

Had to go to odins to be able to fight a 1fg vs 1fg, funny enough most of the time it was the albs....whats going on??? Hib turning into the new high pop realm? even ended up with zarg hibs there too

Hibs were in Odins too..there was about 2FG and stealthers at the HMG and every time we engaged them RG woul;d come in halfway through

at least you let us kill some hibbehs before we died.

yes was some good fights, hibs won though the first time....i beleive u lot came the last time and cleaned up so 1-1 in my eyes

the blue and white cloaked hib gimps were at dc x, the big zerg displayed at mmg added. The purple cloaked nibbers were chasing us past mmg heading dc x way so only one real fight was at the big mmg

the other rvr i saw tonight at mmg was the la and vgn room camp? :sleeping: always a gr8 one, so boring having to wait outside before they come out

tvh i thought that 1fg's would be flowing from teh hibs considering asd is now fixed......obviously not.

were you in the same group as montarlo etc tonight? if so had some nice fights vs your group 2-0 to us i think but nice and fairly even. And yes hibs was abit zergy tonight for some unknown reason since neither albs or mids was zerging.

Yeah odins started to turn out to be hibs zerg-playground.

It's so damn funny when one get zerged by a shitload of hibs, then scroll up to check names and see some of the hibs from BW that cries "oh but we're just defending our realm" when they get accused of zerging emain.

I especially like the hibs that bitched and whined on RG 6 months ago, the very same hibs can now be found more often than not together with 30 of their realmmates.

I can understand that the albs zerg sometimes since imo their realm is a little gimped compared toward the other 2 realms, but hibernia ? They can put in a extra tank in their grp hence more than enough make up for the savage overpoweredness, and their PBAE teams are *the* most overpowered caster grps in the game.

Laughable.

Well, on the Pics you can see different Hib Guilds at MMG. Like CF, VGN, LA and Dem Hibbies on Wall ( Garbannoch likes Walls). In theory we all ran 1 FG exept Vgn i think. For some Reason all those Groups arrived at MMG at the same Time. (There was no Emain CG). And then it begun. There was a steady stream of Mids and Albs from 2 different Directions and noone could leave for the next 5 minutes.

What can i say. Hmm....shit happens.

MG's are always a little Problem.

On the other Hand i don't really care how many Hibs we are. We get zerged by Albs and Mids every Day. And it is Emain. If you want FG vs. FG Action then try Odins or play another Game like Counterstrike

And please stop these stupid whines about Zergs. After 2 Years of Daoc you should have realised that this is an MMORPG and not Counterstrike

think the way forward might be to run 1fg until u bump into some 2fg+ lamerz then have both your guild grps team up to give them an 'even' fight, then split again. maybe ppl will learn thier lesson, maybe they won't...

Problem is that your realm has this tendency to run 2-4 fg's in Odins, where most of us run 1 FG just cuz we want to avoid the Emain zergs.

I see alot more hib zergs in odin than Alb zergs.

Would be awesome if you could keep the zerging to emain only. And by "you", i dont mean you as a person

Yes, its nothing to hide the loss of Wrath was a big loss.
Zorena,mumin,locus leaving for JH was also a loss.
Started to inv lotsa ppl,..some stayed and are getting quite good.
But ofcourse we aint what we used to be, but even now days we have sometimes good gg going.

And.. RG is not dead as a rvr guild thats for sure,.

I must say even thou hibs had alot of groups out yesterday @ one time I was watching LA fighting Atrocity @ mmg and 2 fg hibs came along, but they just watch, they didnt interfere in the fight and left after a while......pretty amazing, atrocity one that fight.....but I must say I was impressed that those 2fgs didnt add

Yes, Hibs are becoming a serious pain in the ass. Not sure what the name of this lame Hib guild that runs in mostly blue cloaks though, but all the do is sprint to the amg, run up the stairs, and straight into the room.
Even funnier, they even do this with no Albs around to fight...

To fight my boredom I normally shoot the bard when yet another fg Hibs runs through the amg to wtfpwn the empty Atk.
