Surprisingly not shit considering the director was responsible for rush hour 1 & 2..

Also surprisingly ungory for a hannibal film.

I'm yet to form a full opinion, but I enjoyed it. Anyone else seen it yet?

I heard it wasn't that good...although I loved Manhunter which I've heard is better.

Well it is Michael Mann (The insider/Heat) vs Brett Ratner (Rush Hour/The Family Man). But Red Dragon wasn't bad.

Wij said in another thread he had seen it and it was good. I'm going to see it with a friend when I'm going to Croydon (look out!) in a fortnight. Sounds good, Ed Norton rules always.

I wasn't at all. Jackie is my god, but Rush Hour 1 & 2 are hardly 'quality' films. They're a good laugh. (oh and Brett Ratner is a dick)

I'm getting a bit bored with the Hannibal stories to be honest.

I don't find the guy menacing at all.

Saw it the other day and thought it's alright, like has been said before Manhunter is better but it did have some nice touches to it, the asylum staff being the same as Silence of the Lambs.

However both the baddies were as menacing as a potato, to be honest is Hannibal all that Anthony Hopkins can do???
