200 x 50mg tramadol
100 x 10mg diazepam

Aye bud, had a couple of surgeries on prolapsed discs but I suffered some nerve damage and have alot of scar tissue in my lower back area. Will probably be on meds for the rest of my life sadly. Luckily the scar tissue is much less of a problem in the summer due to the heat but all this rain and damp weather has flared the nerve damage up a bit this week so I am back on full dosage until it settles down.

Oh and the diazepam is for my insomnia but I haven't had a bout of that in a couple of months so I just keep them as spares incase it comes back.

I know a couple of codine addicts btw, that shit fucks you up if you over-indulge. I hear tramadol can be a bitch as well but I rarely take the stuff for more than a couple of days at a time, it is really just for when my back is really acting up and I need something with a little more ummph.

A trank by sound of name. Remember when mixing them with booze they'd multiply up what you've drank but next day hangover would be zero. Great stuff, diet pills in effect, as if you can get plastered off a bottle of wine that's hardcore healthshit, 500 calories for the gutter! Also with tranks unlike lot of other downers you can mix them with booze and chance of overdose is pretty low.

Codine not much fun, ate aload and ended up going to bed and feeling like throwing up for a few hrs and nodding off. That stuff appeals to peeps already with taste of the opiates i would think.
