Someone have a good tip,or use a better program please let me know

use cables from your Video to your PC to record, no lag at all, only problem is youll need then to record it back to your PC using software and youll lose picture quality that way.

Is there any way to video-out your PC to a second one and record it there? This way there'll be no quality loss as you'll be staying digital.

It sucks compared to fraps quality, since it compress the movies as you record them not like fraps who you need to compress it yourself. And you shoud be able to get 2 computers together and record that way, i tried it but it seems like my laptop and stationary comp dont work well together.

Two words..

Game Cam

Hardly loose any FPS when recording compared to the hard drive eater that is Fraps
And how do you get it to work? Im trying with the free Lite version, but it cant run with DAoC, since daoc runs a .dll file and not a .exe file

i would presume so... much like using fraps on your 2nd pc to record from the 1st without lag.... not sure if standard AV cables will do tho, u might need some other softare to Display it on your 2nd pc so fraps can record it.

Video Quality

What is your frame size setting? Game Cam works best when frame size is set to 400x300

Firsly do you run gamecame lite or gamecame, and did you buy the program?? Atm im running gamecam lite, i did NOT buy it, i did try targeting it to camelot.exe(classic one). I then run toa, nothing happens. Then i tryed to run camelot.exe(classic one) trough the gamecamelite (left clicken the icon then pushing camelot.exe) but then it just starts updating whatever it needs for nf/toa... 650 mb.
I tryed using the toa "camelot.exe" and the si "camelot.exe" but with niether of em, nothing happens when i press the key for the pushdown menu ingame.

Sounds like you are using an older version of Game Cam Lite. The current build for Game Cam Lite is 1.2.0.16. Older versions of Game Cam Lite had a few issues running DAoC. You can find out which version you have by clicking on the About option in the Game Cam Lite menu.
