Record Demo?? please..

Hey, I got Tribes 2 when it was released, I haven't played alot lately though.
Anyway, I'm just wondering what the console commands to record a demo is, and to play it later...anyone? I've been searching the web, but haven't been able to come up with any useful info on console commands...anyone kind enough to help me out?
