not sure if ur only into fantasy.....but for a great read id recomend any of the sam vines books by terry prachet! (eg nightwatch,thud) their also kinda fantasyish.

Without a doubt go and Buy book one of Robin Hobbs Farseer trilogy a further 8 books are available in the series and they are brilliant. I started her new set but she has only released the first one to date :-(

Yes 3rd one goes at the end obviously, then there is the Live ship traders Trilogy which ties in with the qorld she creates in the first set different characters but some references of chars from first 3.

Then finally the Tawny man Trilogy which carries on with the stories fro mthe first trilogy tying everything from all 9 books up superbly. Really took to all the characters.

One thing I will say though, I struggled with the first book till about half way trhough then it blew me away, She writes in a manner which made me want to shout at the people in the book when they were doing something so darn stupid.

Also Stan Nicholson, The Orc Trilogy great book from the unusual side of it being about the Orcs, great read loads of action lots of laughs.

hmm bit late (i know lol) but if you like pratchett then try his new one "Wintersmith" its got the witches and the wee free men in it, really really good book.

I don't read much fantasy but i have just read the new Hannibal which isn't fantasy but its fiction (tenuous lol) and thats really good especially if you haven't read the other lecter books because you get to see things from the start.

Better mate, it ties up all the other 6 books with some interesting outcomes.

Her new one Shamans crossing is a belter aswell cannot wait for the second one to come out.

Haven't read much lately, should really get round to buying the book, but Amazon don't send stuff to Denmark, and I fucking hate those sleezy bookstores with the sleezy people that talk at you, not with you And about stuff you couldn't care less about!

Guess I'll have to drag my ass down there soon though!

Second one "Forest mage" is out, been out a while here in Sweden atleast

farseer trilogy is awesome some good ones by david gemmel too (Lion of Macedon and Dark Prince favorite two ) also if your interested in legends etc maybe try The Crystal Cave trilogy by Mary Stewart, follows the life of Merlin in an arthurian legend
