Recommend a new PC for my mum

She's ruuuuubish. Was thinking a laptop but it'd mean she had to leave her chair even less.

Want a small PC, with an SSD that I can swap out for what she's got. Web browsing only. CBA making her one - something she can order from a shop.

Preferably something she can never ever install anything on, or do anything apart from email people I know, preferably with me being cc'd in on every email so I can vet every single thing she does, because she's now so special that she literally throws money at anyone who even hints at wanting some

Get a cheapo desktop PC and whack something like Xubuntu on it. I put it on my neighbour's laptop last year and he absolutely loves it - all he does is emails and light web browsing.
