Hi, I'm after some webspace, 50-100mb should be fine.
It needs to run ASP (and PHP preferably) and have mysql, ~5 email accounts will be required too.

It also needs to be charged monthly as I plan to rent a server at a later date. A USA company will be fine as I notice their prices are a lot cheaper :D

Any urls will be great

You're not going to find that kind of webspace with both PHP and ASP support, PHP generally runs off apache(i.e. linux) and ASP is IIS-centric(Windows NT). It IS possible to get IIS to handle PHP but I've not found a host yet who is willing to do it outside of a dedicated box.

www.catalyst2.com support both asp/asp.net and php. Thier packages are charged either monthly or yearly. My site is hosted with them, great service, good support system.

easily.co.uk support asp via ChillisoftASP! and php natively on linux/apache boxes, reasonably cheap too.

ChillisoftASP lacks CDONTs (CDO for NT Server) and most of the other stuff which makes ASP so damn handy. It is quite honestly 'teh suck'.
