(Stable minds eye tincture) Power regen charges x 7
Ok i have had the above item embued onto a circlet im using on my shammy but when all the charges were used i whent to get it re-charged.
The NPC re-charger said "this iteam canot be re-charged". A player alch said they cant recharge TG / non player made items.
I have also been informed that this is curently a bug and will hopfully be fixed in the future.
Can anyone confirm this or tell me how this can be re-charged.
