buffs maxed like a champ?

I would say it all depens on the weapon you want to use and if you want to have Slam or not.

If you want to use Flex go fullspecc flex.
If you want to have Slam go 42 shield.

50 flex and 42 shield gives you 36 in soulrending and rest parry (39 soulrending would be possible, but there is no new spell after specclvl 36 up until you're in the 40's with sr).
With autotrain flex to 44 you can reach 41 soulrending.

If you don't want/need to have Slam go 50 flex/soulrending, 23 shield and rest parry.

That's my suggestion.

Why spec for a styled stun when you have insta stun?

cause minstrel insta stun lasts for about 2 seconds now a days, even after the bump
