Realm skills

I have a rr 2, lvl 48 Hunter and I have no idea how to specc my realm points. There are so many skills to specc in but as usuall Mythic or Goa or who ever made this game haven´t explained amything what the diffrent skills do!! I have gotten something named Falcons eye but I have no idea what it is... is there somewhere I can read about the diffrent Realm skills and what they do?

Plan carefully and go for the skills that use a lot of points first if you can. Otherwise it'll take you forever to get them

And I guess I will start saving up my realm points for the more expensive skills from now on.
