Realm Guard Inside Hibernia ?!?!

I was just hunting cliff beetles near Tir Uphost when i came across an NPC i hadnt seen before, his name was Aengus Osrithe, and was yellow to me, he was also transparent and registered as a realm guard, has anyone else seen this?

bad pet mage, leaving your pet 1/2 dead like that it might be something to do with them realm quest things ?

He is part of a level 31 quest called "Returning for More".

On a side note of the half dead pet , that damn thing rarely updates , I've had my pet die when thats shown full health and clicked on pet and he is full health and that top bar shows he is nearly dead . Are they two seperate things or supposed to work in conjunction ?

Yup got it in one, when when when are they gonna fix that damned bug?
