There are a bunch of things that we did wrong, and we will have to rectify them for when the next invasion force comes.
A relic raid in /as should be announced like this "/as RELIC RAID!!" not "/as hmmm, we might have some albs knocking on our doors..." There were 150 albs knocking on our doors, it sounded like 1fg in /as.
That relic force was scouted well in advance, before they hit the doors, but people only chose to bail only when things we already dire. No one was talking numbers, there was no information in /as. This is the purpose of having /as chat, instead it gets used for "/as there's a mid near the beetle log".
If our relic is under attack, don't even dare bitch about missing loot, kicking legions arse is easy compared to getting a relic back, it took us ages to the thing, prior to 1.52 uber relic guards. The next time that happens, I hope the chat is logged and your message posted here, so we can belittle you.
EVERY Able body is wanted at a relic defense, not, oh, I am one dot away from 45, no one will miss me. Don't keep XP'ing, get your arse to the frontier.
When it is attacked, please don't run your 35 alt to the defense for some rp's, log your highest level char(preferably try keep it in dagda like Wuren) there is a huge distinction between a 50 and a 35.
When you get to the closest frontier gate(in this case Cain) DON'T RUN OFF SOLO - we got so owned, the gorge was littered with corpses of solo f'ing idiots. Don't panic, wait for reinforcements, we move as an army. Everything in this game is about speed, you have to react quickly, but don't be stupid.
These are the basic things, the things that are easy to do, the hard part is dislodging a force from the slopes of dagda, but is is MUCH harder to get a relic back.
