Technically yes, but the broadcast of the desktop wallpaper on these forums is clearly in breach

Although saying that I'm using my Icon without permission, even though it is of me.....

Although most of my portraits are even self taken or signed over in formal contract (I am that anal about it, have to be as I want to make cash out of them some day)

That wasn't really the point, the point was it was a bit out of order putting up a pic of her when quite clearly she's had a bad response from the sexually undeveloped boys on the forum and removed the picture.....
