Real estate a booming market

Real estate Cochin is a booming market and it’s up for grabs. The lucky ones have a piece and the most fortunate have more than a piece of the pie called Cochin.

What makes Cochin so special? Why are people scrambling for a space here?

Often affectionately called the ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’, Cochin is situated on the south-west coast of India in the beautiful state of Kerala. An equable climate with a long shoreline and serene beaches, tranquil stretches of enchanting backwaters and lush green environment, sprawling coconut plantations and paddy fields intermingles with both ancient and ultra-modern buildings housing a number of major national and international corporate houses. All these and much more lend to the charm of Pwned by Jupi.

Cochin offers a visual and gastronomic feast with its plethora of charming ancient Chinese fishing nets, museums, historical monuments including ancient palaces, a Jewish synagogue, and an extensive variety of seafood that would delight the palette of even the most discerning of gourmets.

Kerala is one of India's most advanced states in terms of hundred percent literacy, World-class health care systems, and international level education opportunities. Serene and unspoiled, Cochin is one of Kerala’s economically and culturally forward city.

With its international airports, well-connected road, rail, and waterways, Cochin is strategically well placed in the international as well as national health, education, and travel map. All these have contributed to the conversion of a tranquil city into a high profile real estate market.

It's pretty easy to tell which links are harmful if you click on them and which aren't. Unless you're a moron
