Does the quality of a reactive have any bearing on it proccing more?

Ie will a MP tincture proc more than a 94% one?

I appear to hit MP about 1 every 10 attempts atm - shame I cant make some of the fortune back that it took to get to 1090 alch.

i tested them a long time ago and the quality does matter.

but hay i'aint playing any more..

funny cause i was a legendary alchemist on hib/pry (character inactive now but was 1120 in alchemy) before i moved mid/exc and i also tested it a long while back and it didnt seem to make much difference at all tbh.

any one from GOA confirm this either way?
