Re-opening my Account

Help!

I've been away from the game for 6 months, and am trying to re-open my account.

I remembered my game password, but forgot my subscription password.

I got sent a link, generated a new password using the link, but every time I try to open my account to resubscribe it wont work.

It just keeps showing the same screen asking for my user ID and password, again and again and again.

I tried a password that I knew wasnt right, and it then said incorrect password, so I know I'm using the right password.

Someone must know the answer, musn't they?

Help me get another Alb RR4 back online.
