Only just bought SWG - and am wondering what is the best and most popluar server to play on?

I'm not sure if the two go together.
Presuming you're European the 3 EU servers are Chimaera, Farstar and Infinity.
Chimaera is the busiest, Farstar not much different and Infinity only just opening. The reason Infinity opened is because Chimaera & Farstar are rapidly becoming "full". I'd start on Infinity if I were you

If you *just* started the start in Infinity. That way you will be on par with pretty much everyone.
If you dont want to start in Euro server then the next best thing would be the former unofficial Euro server, Eclipse.
Good community with a large player base.

I thought gorath was the unofficial europen server .. lots of germans anyway. buty ye eclipse has much more people on it
