if my account has been inactive for over 3 months will i still have my characters/equip if i reactivate it now?

Yes, they don't delete characters from accounts that are inactive iirc.

I believe they promise to not delete them for six months after your last subscription ended, after that they are allowed to delete them. Allthough even that doesnt happen (or atleast I have seen some cases were it didnt and none yet were it did). But it is prolly best that if you like your chars alot to just enter a subscription just before 6 months goes in for 1 month to be sure that your characters are kept
