RCon Question

I have just become an Admin of the [PUK] Clan Server and know the Commands to keep people happy while in the Game, but, i would like to know, because i have seen it, how you have Admin Rights OUTSIDE of Playing the Game.

I ask this so i can have a game when people are hogging the server all the time, and i wanna get in and play....

Confusing Question i know, bvut i hope you can answer it....

OK, i found it, this is a Program that lets you use RCon OUTSIDE of the Game:

Well you can rcon from All seeing Eye, alternatively launch CS and type:

rcon_address serverip(notincluding port)
rcon_port port
rcon_password password

that logs you remotly into rcon of a server.

I know how you Put a password onto a Server (sv_password <password>).

well, how do you REMOVE the password so its Re-Opened to the Public?
