Rcon commands

Rcon Questions:

What if there is one, is the command to set the maximum number of players on the server?

What is the command to disable / set the maximum number of spectators?

Also what is the command to kick someone from a server (this may be disabled on the cs bookable servers. Is it?)

you cant set the max players on a bookable server, and to kick a player its just /rcon kick "name"

If you have rcon you pretty much do what you want

rcon maxplayers 16 - you get the idea
rcon cl_spectator_password XXXXXXX - require p/w to get in for spec's
rcon users - show list of users and wonids
rcon kick 99999 - best to kick based on won id or name

i have done a basic rcon guide if you want it
