ok finally back to lvling up my scout...now i am posed with a choice.....do i got 40 bow and +11 sc...or 45 bow +11

from what i read the dmg difference is small for each point.

The main focus of this..is rf2 that much better than rf1?

so can somone just quickly explain rf and the difference between rf 1 and rf2...from what i understand its just end usage...taht right?

RF is an ability that archers get in 1.62. In answer to the original question, there's no difference between RF1 and RF2 except the endurance cost.
