xbox support is a joke, been over a month trying to sort out them coming to fix my xbox, twice the ups label email never arrived and when it finally did its a broken link


So yet again i am on the phone to them having to redo all my detail AGAIN to yet another yank who i have to repeat everything 3 times cause they have never heard a scottish accent
