Im just wondering if a ranger is specced:
Celtic Dual: 39
Piercing: 39
Pathfinding: 34
Recurve Bow: 40;
Chance to penetrate bladeturn for 75% dmg.
Rapid Fire 1 Release shot early; dmg % equal to timer %
Critical Shot 9
I mean damn. nice shooting then

Won't it be an very good character then for in 1fg patrols?
When attacked it can fight properly.
When not attacked it can wtfpwn with his bow.
And at keeps it can defend nice....
and ofc it has self buffs so u can spend con to sum other things.

Please tell me if im wrong/right? (prolly wrong though )

but no,they still have rogue hp and will most likely die very fastishy but it would be a sweet spec if u removed pathfinding a did stealth i reckon it would be uber

and what people dont understand they try to hide,like dontouchmycock is hideing the fact DF is overpowered and doesent relise how hard it is for sb's

so the chances of ppl understanding your grouping spec is kinda not likely

why dont u suggest how we get some info Mr know it all,fair enough your defending your class but lol surely inside your thick skull you have thought,wow i would have died if i didnt land DF,yes thats pretty much the case in all fights but as i'm not really bothered if its gets nerfed with all this MA bs,by the time df is nerfed casters will be WTFPWNin

And actually number of fights i turned around because of DF? RR4 atm and I can think of 2 I would have lost without it. May be more but 2 stick in my mind.

for a full time group ranger you should go 50 bow 50 pierce and 28 cd

and yeah, i think it could be very good in a group, if its a good ranger

I'm actually very tempted by slash, and am mostly cash farming at the moment for a new suit (got a few nice drops I want to work in - only problem is most of them are orientated around thrust). If I used a bot I'd be slash without question.

Damn... im trying my best here on this thread to AVAOID DF WHINES!!! i tried several minutes to find sentances that are NOWHERE close to DF! .. and still.... at the 2nd post... bam! df is launched...

lowest slash dmg ive seen is 150,i met this rr2 slash mercfil and he totaly cained my arse on both occasions doing 200 dmg almost ever hit..

whats it got to do with bot,get purge its not like sb's land there stun that often altho some do

spec slash and maybe some ppl will like you ,actually i wont because i dont like its insane dmg ^^

For reasons I can't quite fathom I put my starting points on my saracan into con/dex/qui. I'm not built for pure str weapons, I need to use my stats wisely and play to weapskill strengths -with thrust (unbuffed) at 50+14 I have ws 1025. Unbuffed with slash it'd be considerably lower.

Still tempted to try it though.
