Help Ranger Temp Required

OK restarted with the Ranger and yes i know how crappy they have become. What i am looking for is one of those no expense spared type of template.

Ranger is specced as follows:

At RR7

Bow 46
Stealth 32
Pierce 29
CD 44

I have pretty much every artifact and an almost unlimited amount of money as well so anything can go into the template.

If possible i would like to get maxed Melee TOA's - speed, decent style/melee, CD and pierce - in melee mode, and max Archery in Archery mode.

SL would be nice as well and ofc goes without saying resists and essential stats - dex, qui, hits af etc - must be capped.

The winner will get rep + 20p. If someone does something really hot i will give more cash. Remember money no object on this one, it can even cost over 1000p
