16% cold not good. as a celt most infs will be able to cunnningly calculate (though it could take them a bit of time) you are not a nightshade and use cold LW on you.

As a lurikeen ranger you have the delight of everyone using heat LW on you.

every thing else is absolete imo


just check the alb rogue boards...

archers can hit things nothing ( and i mean 100% nothing else can hit back) can hit

they are critshotting stuff in the water, and even archers standing below them (on lvl 10 keeps) cannot hit back due to range gained from hight.

get 50 bow and 10% range/damage and speed and you will be getting a LOT LOT LOT of rps solo (if botted even more)

As you can see, I chose to ditch braggarts for the ML1.1 5.8 bow. I plan on going 50 bow for a while, that bow + 4% bow dmg will fuck them up I bet. xD If you dont liek then replace it with braggarts or a crafted.

It better will cos it cost me 15p :|

Anyway as you can see I havent finished this template yet, theres a few 'under-overchargered' pieces, hope they inspire you.

Energy I don't care about really. I'm willing to take my chances vs the 1 runemaster I will encounter solo, and I;ve never been hit by sun weaps before.

can u only get with +28dex though? not str?
cause dex is almost as bad as con atleast if u dont have sc'ed bow.. as u need dex capped with bow up ;o

(yesyes dont lose any hp while switching atleast.. but u still need to overcap dex if wielding 2x lw's if u wanna get that dex capped with bow too)

Dunno, would be brilliant if you could get it with +28 str, not sure. However, as the bow I use has dex on it u only need to overcap dex for 1 lw, thats better than for 2 ;p.

U can get more archery speed from other items. ML9.10 Phoenix Leggings to name an example.

Also think there is a drop of Desmona with archery speed.

True about damage AFAIK. Archers got shafted there (casters can get 9% I think?)
