afaik rambo was sold ages ago and guy who bought him got sick of the whine and stopped playing or something , apparently he started again or account changed owner, i dont think he was actually banned because goa found out he got traded or something ~ i mean would be rather stupid if goa did that to rambo and not some other one random account of the 1000000000 that are on ebay :>
