o man. thought i buy a new gfx-card with the release of SI and went for the cheap and popular Radeon 9000 128mb card. installation, windows and other games run smooth and perfect but both daoc and si plays AWEFUL! loads of gfx debris jitter the screen and it seems to be sort of twitching all the time. never seen anything quite like it. altho its playable it NOT what i had in mind (since my old GF2 looked better).
i have a VIA motherboard too.
tried updating all drivers, both the gfxcard and motherboard. directx 9. tried turning off options in the ati control panel.
NOTHING WORKS!
so, i guess this is my last futile attempt to get this thing solved. otherwise ill just throw it in a pond and go for a new nvidia card.
anyone got any suggestions?
