PE don't use radar. They are about the only people I am sure of.
One time when they we camping ligen we snuck a FG behind them and sat there in plain sight (though behind) discussing our best tactic. In the end we attacked.
Okay, yes they did react incredibly fast and yes they did wipe us (without losing a man I think), but they definitely stood there without a clue we were around while we talked tactics practically on top of them. They are SO lucky we were not competent!
