I spend quite a lot of time unstealthed wandering around Emain solo and sometimes it's just blatant. I'm not talking about people appearing to come from same direction. I'm talking about people heading from one enemy to another without pause.
Like ... I'm entering Emain, solo ani (yes, life expectancy nil with or without people using radar, I know). 15 secs later someone comes charging over spine and kills me. Then, without pause they run off up the west ridge and kill someone else. Then they run straight to AMG and kill someone else.
Yes, there are methods where people can know where you are. Obviously stealth reports and /send where? is a legit way of doing it. But people who always know where other people are are the most likely candidates for being radar users. It's not rocket science.
Do you believe there are people using radar? Surely the anwer is yes.
If so, what would characterise a radar user? Answer - knowing where people are too often.
Take note - I've not named and shamed anyone cos I happen to believe that if I can't prove anything all I should do is post to GOA to investigate.
The only reason I am posting in this thread is because whenever you see someone mention radar everyone shouts in denial like they believe radar is not being used by anyone. It makes a nice little friendly environmwnt for radar users to exist in.

Mikke - i know Your flustration being killed by group of enemies but i think ppls explained You all things about this situation.
Bad thing is that You would destroy (like You wrote) this pointed people reputation. I know they are known as good people and can easly keep their reputation. Just please next time before You accuse someone about doing something think at least twice.
And to Your knowleadge - sitting and resting in place where u killed enemy isnt smart thing even if you planned to do this (i think You will agree that in this situation You are changing plans and also try feint enemy. (just in case he give direction of Your movements).
Gl next time and i really suggest move to less popular zone.

Yacus.. I simply don't believe this one uses radar. Fought him a few times and it has been a pleasure and a struggle every time, but they never caught in ways a radar would allow.
Now get out of the frontiers if you dont want to die.

Must say something about this matter, anyone saying that spot is a safe spot must be mad. I even run by there with my lvl 39 chanter when i go to emain, then cross over to amg passing silo from about that point he was killed.
Have been involved in several fights at that spot and have rested up there aswell several times.
But whining about hibs using radar is so boring, i know all 3 realms have peeps using it. But i cba to whine or rightnow it cause it's too hard to prove it and i don't wanna get an innocent player banned just because i had been ganked by a fg, there wouldn't be anyone else playing this game if i would do that, tbh (as i solo alot and always give away free rps to those grps i meet).
Imo go xp behind apk if u wanna be left alone most of the times, tho i have been ganked there too back in my alb-days with my gimped pally.

Hate radar, hate cheaters. But if you have evidence that proves 100% somebody is using radar report the fuckers to GoA. If you feel you have evidence that makes you 50% sure they're using radar..... report the fuckers to GoA (see the trend here).AngelHeal said:

Believe it or not, your word isn't law. GOA will not ban people just because you report them as possible radar users. Send a RightNow on suspicious behaviour, and the GOA GMs will most likely mark that player as worthy of further investigation.
