rackmount servers

i'm trying to buy a rackmount server, for as little as possible, to go in the server rack i bought from school for a fiver...

any surjestions for where to look, other than ebay

Tbh, you won't find anywhere cheaper than ebay. I've noticed that rackmount servers always seem to sell *very* well on ebay even so it probably amounts to a little less than what they they cost new.

What are you planning to use it for? You might be able to build a box if it's considerably low spec.

If you give us some idea of specs we might be able to dig up some links etc.

very cheep, low spec

all it has to run is apache with PHP and MySQL


I only want it for somthing to go in the rack i've aquired...
