Dragon Empires, of course, this will be based on whether the beta looks promising or not ;)

Anyway, ive been reading alot about it lately, and, well, it seems like it will be *very* cool ;)

Oh and btw, apart from the links to the forums and the downloads section the homepage sucks ;)

I would recommend looking at the 5 meg video in "flyby" mode for a sneak peek at the graphics :)

All in all, this is probably where i will end up if the gameplay seems nice in the beta(currently playing daoc because the other games out there just suck :p and its not *that* bad :) )

Edit: oh and sorry for my extensive use of smilies, i just cant help it :(

i have been picked but after playing a bit and getting into it i decided its simply not that good, ill go for swg or eq2, besides daoc will get very much better by time with all the addons etc, its not that bad as everybody tries to tell you ,).

Half the people here are just biding their time until the next wave of mmorpg's arrives. This game is great if you don’t mind constant lag, invisible mobs, wall hacking mobs, mobs that teleport themselves, cheating opponents (necro's) , bugged graphics, bugged quests, virtually no customer support. This game has so much potential and if mythic make the effort it may just be able to compete in 6 months time, going by past experience they will just sit on their arses and just expect us to carry on. Sorry mythic you are very wrong.
Also everyone should check out SWG, Rebel alliance forever :p

I started a clan for DE alrdy.
Among our members are: Tankster, Memeerf, Medikto, Diabien, Popov, Thanatlos, Duvel, Jaap, Leweeda, ...

DE looks great

Ithil Galad will be in Dragon Empires too.

But atm I'm still more than happy with DaoC, and I really don't have the time to play both games. All depends on the people remaining in daoc -main reason for me to play any mmorpg is the people I play with- and whether or not my computer can cope with it.

Signed up for the second beta myself, not sure when that starts but must agree that from what i have seen/read it looks to be a good successor for DAoC.

IMO the best upcoming MMORPG looks to be Warhammer online . But I'll try most stuff released at least once.

I just didn't like any others as much as daoc (tried the beta for AC2, Neocron, EVE, none of them seemed much fun to me).

WoW (cause of gamespeed), EVE or SWG or maybe all :p
DE characters look sucky while the enviroment looks cool. But I think WoW or SWG will > DE bigtime so don't think im gonna play it.

SWG is teh next game, beta testing atm (its not finished) and its 100x the game daoc is.


it still aint uo ;(

Thank ferk Warhammer have decided to ditch the zzz level based concept finally - perhaps it's a start to a more balanced gamin environment...cpl of mates on SWG beta say it's nice, bring back Manic Miner I say

I really hope to see all the daoc clans who are moving to DE on the same server in DE also.
So far I heared that DA, IG, CBH and TD will make the move. I'll drop by your forums this week so we can talk a bit about DE.
