it works by having X(think its 15 atm, goes down every week (12, 10, 7 i think)) amount of relics in your realm's possession, once its done, a trainer will appear in cammy and goth(i assume)

however, you have to feed the relics... to keep them in your possession, not sure on the numbers

thats all i know... but im sure others will be able to help
