Quick FoP question

I understand how FoP will be nerfed in PvE next pacth, what Im not sure is, does FoP only get cancelled when the seer enters combat, or his group? Say a healer never gets hit during group combat, does he benefit from its power because effectively he never entered combat?

For example, in Moderna, a healer never gets hit by a mob, yet his group from time to time do, the healer is not dishing out any damage at all tho.

But I can still use MCL as long as I do not have a mob under attack targetted, and have not been attacked, even when my group is killing / dying...

Yeah I hope it works like that.. if you haven't stunned/mezzed any mobs.. and no mobs attacked you. You are just healing I hope you will benefit from FoP..

i may be wrong - but i got it that this nerf will affect dmg dealing only. i.e casters will not be able to nuke with fop going, while seers will be able to heal just fine.

I believe FOH - as it is healing you, is like when a healer heals you, it pinches xp and therefore you get less xp.

FOP doesn't heal you as such - so I don't think you get xp loss with it.

An out of group fopper will also leech xp. If he's fopping for a lower level make sure to only enter the fop after combat has ended, or the low lvl won't get much xp.
Fop began taking xp when Mythic changed it to generate aggro.

Yes fop and foh steals exp. Its like a lvl 50 just hit youre mob once=no exp

Thought it only prevented people outside the group from aiding you.

yes /nohelp is only people not in your group. so seers in your group will still be able to heal you like normal, but seers in group 2 (or random helper running by) cant.

(on a side note, they fixed bug that prevented BDs pets to heal it if the bd had done /nohelp)
