Ive just formatted from vista to try the new windows 7 and I seem to have lost my other internal HD (has no OS on it). I thought this may be a problem being a different OS and stuff though under device manager it can pick it up. Is there anyway to be able to sort this out without formatting it? (which isnt an option)

Thanks

Disk Management, path may be the same as something else you're using. Not sure where it is in vista sadly

I'm no expert, but i've had a similar problem before and the answer was no. I had to format.

No problem, you can buy me a JD+Coke instead here, probably less chance of me catching something off you :]

I've had the problem a few times, scared the crap out of me the first time (I had 2 other drives mapped to the default one) and ended up formatting once, realised after I could change the path. Much better.
