Confusion kills theurg pets and confuses cabby and sm pets (Makes them run north, dont ask me why)

Amnesia does nothing but interrupt caster pets.

I'm suprised amnesia is only nerfed once so far (From insta to 0 cast time).
Insta-mezz is gonna kick ass for one patch. When 1.53 hits us, i don't think i'll keep my 47 music spec though
