question: (ws and slam)

Does weaponskill affect your ability to hit with your shield ? IE land a perfect slam.

(making a hero and i wanna know if its worth it taking 1h weapon higher than 6 )

anyway, anyone know or have any idea where i could look it up ?

yes it does... thats why scouts have a hard time landing it

According to recent grab bad, shield skill is what counts, but we all know how great they are

A: When using a shield bash, it's your shield skill that determines damage.

well what I said was that yes... your primary weaponskill affects your to hit for slam... since my scout has a low weapon skill and hardly ever lands it, where as armsmen seem to land it all the time.

dropped from 35 thrust to 20 thrust this patch (sheild still 42) and have not noticed a difference at all... apart from slaming/blocking all these new critblades seems to be an awful lot easier than the old 2 axe type
