(in case VW getting tanks version of CoZ, VoS says nothing :x )

I have that on my VW and no it doesn't work with LTs. Tbh it's a pos.

iirc i heard somewhere that vw's get to chose which version they want

That is correct, a VW can activate the Melee or Caster version.
