You may have picked a decent time to join DAOC actually - with Catacombs even experienced players will be re-rolling to play some of the new classes. In which case your ever friendly healing classes (cleric/healer/druid/shaman etc) will be much loved.

Is it PvE or PvP you're after? There are currently better PvE games around in my opinion (EQ2 to name just one). But if you have chosen DAOC then have fun!

Riiight and you're a more skilled player cos you picked a different icon when you first started playing the game? Why don't you crawl into a nice dark hole and come back when you can string a coherent sentence together. It's painful trying to read your posts and working out what you are actually trying to say. Not typing with your nose would probably help too, ask the nurse to at least let you have one hand free.

Hi Styphon,

Please let me apologise for the persons who attempt to turn a sensible thread into a testosterone fueled, personal battlefield with no regard for the people who have to put up with their ranting. Although they may seem like a couple of prize prats, who have developed an intimate and lengthy relationship with their right hands, they are probably quite nice people irl when away from the anonymity of a forum. They are not representative of the majority of people that I have met in game. Hope you enjoy DAoC.

Well, let me welcome you to the whine that is FH styphon [ jk]

Glad to see another person trying out what i think is the best MMORPG out there atm. Yes it has it's kiddies / whiners << are these the same thing ?

But, there are experienced players here giving advice and i'm glad to try offer some to you also.

I am also thinking i will just get a Credit Card and sign up again as i played Hib/Excal and will return there to my friends. I gave away all my armour, weapons , artifacts , and 9plat in cash to my guild and friends. I will be happy to play once again as a lowbie as it's in the lower lvls of the game you have the most fun trying out new areas, getting new levels and styles or spells. Whatever realm you choose is up to you , my advice i can give is just read up about the classes on the camelot websites and make your judgement from that. Don't listen to the ppl Hijacking your thread with bad opinions.. prob coz they got owned by a Thane or something

Btw, if you need to chat about camelot while in SWG, i am on Europe-Chimaera as Icex Weni, just send a tell around 2am CET and i should be on .
