Question about the 1st free month when buying DAoC.

Just wondering if you need to register a creditcard when you start your additional free month when buying DAoC. Or do you just register it if you want to continue playing?

When I started my 2nd account about 9 months ago I was able to do so without giving my card details. However, this has caused some problems with the automatic renewal since then which I have only recently been able to solve.

When i started about 7-8months ago i had to register with my card. i wondered if this was normal. but then i had to choose a payment thingy.
and when i finished it charged me automatically for my 2nd month.... now i was kinda miffed at this cos wht if i didnt like the game.
not sure if this just me its happened to or not. but im just glad i came to wub the game and carried on playing.

Think you have to use a cc to reg yourself. like the 7 day trial version. so you cant open a new acc to use for scams ect without goa being able to know who you are

you need to register cc details etc, if dont like the game you just merely cancel the next subscription before the time comes, and just make sure auto renewal isnt initiated
