Question about SLI..

Isn't the drivers on both graphics updated simultaneously? A mate of my GF has 2 cards but on "can you run it" it says that the drivers are 44 months old. But when he opens the update tool it says up to date.

What gives?

What machine, cards and driver version exactly??

The driver has nothing to do with how many cards you have installed and doesn't update anything on the hardware. It simply sounds like the "can you run it" tool is out-of-date and looking at an old driver file left over on the machine. That or it's a PC with an embedded Intel GPU as well as the real GPUs and it's getting confused.
