Question about GSV

I have been trying for the last week to get GSV at the mau camp outside of Stygia. After talking with some ppl all "think" or "notice" that the arti is never seen there. So i would like to know if anyone has picked it up lately, in case the spot got bugged or something.

I waited 2 days for it to pop after getting the gloves.
Mind you, I have no idea how many times it popped and was grabbed by someone else eager to start xp'ing it.

I just got out of bed earlier than usual one saturday morning and lo and behold there it was, it can be seen from quite a distance when up, kinda like a gravestone.

when i got mine m8 it took ages

i was literally sitting there for hours swappin between pc and tv to check for it, i was there on average bout 3 hrs a day for say 2 weeks before i finally got lucky

I know the spawn on it is quite long like 2 days once it gets picked

tbh i feckin hate it lol its a **** to get and **** to lvl better of sticking a dead bettle onto som mp crafted

Agree!!!

I got mine immediately so I can't really say anything about spawn rate

I handed in the wings, got the gloves took em on, and woop there it was behind me on the ground, picked it up wollah =)

It is a nice ranger vest tbh, nice archery bonuses, and I love that proc/snare, makes me laugh everytime it goes off. Gives me enough time to speed burst off to a reasonable bow firing range to try to swing the fight back in my favour whilst they scuttle back to you.

But it really is purgatory to level the thing, but you can always make a few gold selling prism wings you farm (if that is where you'll level it that is), I didnt mind beating on the blue scarabs too much, leveled it with cold proc bow, a cold leggie and an end regain adze offhand for max dmg and minimal downtime. I'm just glad its all over, and I never have to set foot in atum again.

Lava bugs were just too dangerous solo I found.
