Question about Golden Scarab Vest

Got a little question about GSV.
At lvl 1, 2 and 3 this artifact gets 6% slash/thrust/crush, and at lvl 4 it gets
3% slash/thrust/crush (atleast this is how i understand it)
However, in templated ppl are posting here, they never (or atleast the ones i have seen) include these last 3% resists.

As far as i can see after lvl 4, this artifact should have 9% slash/thrust/crush, since the effect looks like this

resistance enhancement: Enhances the target's resistance to the listed damage type.
Resist crush/slash/thrust: 3
Target: Self
Duration: Permanent
Casting time: instant
This spell is active when the item is worn

Is this correct, or am i missing something?

When you wear, it you get 3% crush/slash/thrust, which I believe go over the cap(26resist).

You can say you get 6+3 = 9% resist from it, yes

Those 3% resist will go over the cap.. that's why people aren't including them in their templates.

Don't forget to unequip and reEquip the vest after each zone/death or you won't have the extra +3% resists. Silly bug they never fixed
