quite easy task is it still quick 250 > 101con and hits +cap ?
how important dex realy is?

useless for an assist monkey, unless you are pierce spec

isnt pierce dex str based for dmg and weapon skill? tanks not my thinky just making 1 for fun. quick and dex = evade quick = swing speed ?
not sure never good with tank related stuff.

qui, swing speed,
str/dex for pierce
str for blades and blunt
qui/dex for evade, though some say its only qui, never tested it myself but i would say its qui/dex
dex for parry
