Liked it.

Usual predictable Bond though.

Found it to be more like Bourne than Bond. What's this obsession with Parkour, where's the gadgets! Completely missable.

Yeah, was more like Bourne. Good though, fuck the gadgets tbh.

These latest Bond Films are more in keeping with the original books, more gritty and rough when the action is going.

I really liked it, and yeah I will agree with the "fuck the gadgets" sentiment, and add the "bad innuendo does not equal 'charm'".

Agree with much of what has been said, still plenty of action and fast paced chases - good film and I enjoyed it :)

I think there is room in there for some more gadgetry, just nothing over the top. The phone tracking was slightly gadget... could do more stuff like that.

I saw it got criticised for lack of dialogue, but I actually like the moody lack of dialogue. Made it look like Bond was in a bad mood all the time, like something on his mind all the time (which it was)?

I think the lack of dialogue (same with Casino Royale) is probably because Daniel Craig can't act. I've never seen him say more than two lines in a film.

"After the film was released, Craig's performance was highly acclaimed. Critic Paul Arendt of BBC Films,[9] Kim Newman of Empire and Todd Carty of Variety all described Craig as the first actor to truly embody the original James Bond from Ian Fleming's novels: "ironic, brutal, and cold".

Hmmmm... co-incidence? :D

And there was that one with Rhys Ifans - Enduring Love. Shame the film ended up being stupid, but it started out well and Daniel Craig was good in it.

Timothy Dalton is the best Bond, The living Daylights has the most flemingspirit in it imo.

Good follow up, Casino Royale was better. Gave away far too much of the action in the previews, trailers, etc, etc though. Oh and
Did Mr White just get away or did I not pay enough attention?

What he said. Craig is a very good actor, from what I have seen.

Really enjoyed it but could have done with

A) More bond theme music in certain sections
B) one or two more one liners.

But 8/10.

Maybe a bit more Aston Martin? That's two Daniel Craig bonds where they get trashed reasonably quickly.

I thought it was really good, although it felt like it was lining up for the 3rd film a bit.

and MYstIC G:

Yes, I believe Mr. White did get away. You see him in the opera house after he's escaped from M and he doesn't stand up so Bond doesn't notice him

I seem to be one of the few that thinks this film was quite poor.

Didn't know what was going on half the bloody time, need to fire the idiot camera men who can't seem to hold the sodding camera a little more still.

Overall - Disappointed.

Yeah it's had mixed reviews, my sisters didn't like it.

I've said to most people that if they're not a fan of bond, daniel craig or the genre; then to give it a miss.

I'm hoping this is better than casino royale, i thought it was boring shite, is it me or is everything building up to trilogies these days, casino building his character for the next 2, Golden compass (Daniel craig again in utter shitness roll) building up for the next 2 of the trilogy and then even

indy 4
the new indy movie seemed to concentrate on making a name for his son just so they can churn out more movies

And even ironman didnt really achieve much again more character building for the franchise. :(

Hated it.

1) Story was predictable and boring
2) Action scenes almost gave me an epileptic fit. Why cant they keep the camera on the fight with good choreographing instead of 50,000 different camera angles so you cant see what's going on?
3) No real bad guy for him to beat up
4) No Judy Dench boob shots
