Scouts hit my sb for 500-650 dmg consistently and infils off hand deals same dmg as my main and their main hand hits for more than my main and offhand combined...

I wish i had picked albion at the start... Then i could have rolled a fun class (friar, paladin etc) and run with teh zerg

In midgard you need to be savage/healer/shaman to play rvr and stealthers are a joke here now...

Ofc all scouts/infils/mincers will say i have bad equip (i have all MP) or bad spec (im a sz) but this is a genuin feeling of hopelessness that eventually will lead to termination of account if no remedy presents itself.

Lol... with an mp bow and 45+16 skill I will hit an sb for 480-500hp every 3-4s.
So what? 3 strength relics are helping a lot, gives me allmost 100hp more damage.
Don't worry, with See Hidden you can still find me and gank the crap out of me with combat.

well tbh i really do pitty the none fotm class's in middy ..

must be impossible to get good rvr ... if you group up more than 1 fgm you get flamed inside .... but if you not 1 of the rigth tank assist super boring class's you wont get group ... i know this becuase we only meet those kind of groups in emain ..

in alb it can be really hard for the friar's etc to get a group ... unless you in a big guild who dont need to be superzor elitzor
but at least it is "semi" oki to group up more than 1fg to live more than 100 meters outside atk...


imho the tank groups will bring midgaard to it's knees at some point...

proberbly boordom or those class's who need fix there will never get it becuase of the super healer or the savage ..

See Hidden got nerfed and scouts are very seldom true solo most of the time they are infil dmg add, so 90% of all sb's don't invest 8 realm pts into a potentially useless ability.

And you said yourself u hit for 500 dmg add critshot and crit hits to that and the fact you got best range in the game.

To Filip: i agree that boredom and no fun factor will bring a slowly increasing mass exodus from midgard as a realm.

Problem is i wouldn't mind rerolling alb or hib but the fact that i have to start from scratch with maybe 10+ months of playing before getting a 50 discourages that and rerolling to RL seem more worthwile....

rangers do that too. but what use is that when infils and sbs finds me and melee me down 97% of the time.. ZZzzzz

I realize that and it wasn't a flame in no way; i find friars to be a very interesting, cool and unique class to play.

Muah, I would disagree about the See Hidden part.
A lot of assasins took it again because there are more archers about now (scouts and hunters) so it is becoming worth its points. Yes it got nerfed but just from clipping range (3500 feet) to about 900 feet, still pretty okish as it neglects 35 spec points I have put into stealth
I get TS for 1 min every 30 minutes costing me 10 rp's

About the inf dmg adds, same goes for hunters (rarely solo).
I think more scouts solo than hunters.
Crit shots are very nice, right now they have increased from about 500 to 700 on an SB due to relic bonus I guess. But I basically never ever get to fire them at a SB cause they are either moving, or in combat. Even when you move in stealth I cannot crit shot when I TS you.
And most scouts will indeed have Falcon Eye for the crits, but I have yet to hit for 500 and do a 250 crit. I normally crit for about 80 with FE2.

still dont know why evryone cries so much i mean b4 patch i could not beat rr7 rr 8 rr9 infs but i am not supposed to as vakten, but still all rr4 rr 5 infs i have a fair chance against and usually win, even beat sst this other day maby u should stop CRYING so fucking much and go out and win, if u dont like dragonfang try not leaving mtk if purge is downwhat i usually do ^^

so cry me a rivar sbs that cry, sure b4 la nerf i whacked rr8 infs in 5-6hits MAX but times change now u might need some skill

Outskilled by DF you mean?
How big is the chance to win when DF hits you and purge down?
If you have enough hp left (after your out of DF stun)and get of comeback + frozty without miss/fumble/inf evade then maybe maybe if you resisted the str debuff then you can maybe do some good dmg with snowsquall and glacial movement that will get the inf down... Thats like 10% chance it happens

In the start of daoc, all bow users had it's glory.. So I do think it's over for you too.. sorry :-(

Bow users were on par with assasins really.
You lot could one shot mages and remain stealthed, so why complain?
Then you had your fun with being overpowered and having See Hidden it is unnerfed version (only took Mythic 1 year mind you to fix that feck up).
Right now archers seem to be pretty balanced. A mage that pays attention and keeps their shields up stands a good chance versus an archer. A tank should have no worries.
The healing classes have their instant shit (mind you that Alb healing classes have a disadvantage here, due to range on the instant crap) and the assasins will win in close combat.
In order to compensate Mythic should have given archers perma TS for 8 rp's for one year.

My off hand hits for 50-60dmg - you sure you don't use bronze weapons?
